After Exporting your files from your PayPal account, you need to attach all the files.
Simply tick which you want to include in your Vat Return.
Provide a name for the new VAT Return file to be called - something that makes sense;
eg: Qrt1_2019

PayPal Vat Builder - will allow you select either a single PayPal account or even Multiple PayPal accounts. Select three periods making up a quarterly return or just the one for a single months return. Just place all the Exported files within the same location, and the data from all of these files will be validated, cross checked and then merged into a single Vat Return suitable for submission to HMRC using Vat2Go.
