Q) Do I have to change my accounts?
No, the rules state that you may use the likes of a bridging application with the condition that you simply export & import your VAT figures without you having to type the figures manually.
Q) I use SAGE, I am being told I must move to SAGE Cloud - Do I?
No, you do not have to change your accounts package and you certainly don't need to upgrage to SAGE Cloud.
Just export your VAT results, import them into Vat2Go and our bridging software will securely and with full compliance, automatically upload your VAT Return.

Yes, in fact due to the nature of the data and controlling goverment gateway information - all data, even when in the computers working memory is automatically encrypted. We used a bespoke encryption method - released in 2011 this has rolling encryption with approx 67 trillion data keys!.
